真空熱水鍋爐是利用水在不同的壓力下，沸騰溫度不同的特性進(jìn)行工作的。例如：在一個大氣壓下，水的沸點(diǎn)是100℃，而在6mmHg的壓力下，水的沸騰溫度則是4℃。真空熱水鍋爐則是在20mmHg－500mmHg的壓力范圍內(nèi)工作的，對應(yīng)的出水溫度為15℃～85℃。在此工作壓力下，燃燒使熱媒水溫度上升至飽和溫度，并在水面產(chǎn)生相同的蒸汽。此時向熱交換器（供熱水或采暖）內(nèi)通冷水，管內(nèi)的冷水被管外的蒸汽加熱成溫水并通至用戶處，而管外的水蒸汽則被冷卻凝結(jié)成水滴滴回水面再被加熱，從而完成整個循環(huán)過程。Vacuum hot water boiler works according to features under different pressures and different boiling temperatures. At this time, feed cold water to heat exchanger (supplying hot water or heating), cold water in the tube flows to the user after heated to be warm water by the steam outside tube, the steam outside tube is cooled to be water dripping on the water surface to be heated again, and thus complete the whole cycle process.
